Echoes
Echoes is a thriller series that debuted on the big screen in 2022 as well. It has a pretty talented cast in the form of Michelle Monaghan, Matt Bomer, Daniel Sunjata, Ali Stroker and Karen Robinson.
Leni and Gina are identical twins who have secretly swapped their lives since they were children, culminating in a double life as adults. But things get tensed when one of the sisters goes missing and everything in their perfectly schemed world turns into chaos.
Selling The OC
This series is a direct spin-off of the Netflix series Selling Sunset. Although this time around, there’s a twist. Except now, they are in the OC.
The Sandman
It was a rather tough job to convert Neil Gaiman’s novel series into a show. Maybe because its quite tangled in its bewitching beauty. Its rather a story, telling different stories. So many great names have failed to brought this unorthodox genre to reality. Although some showmakers had the courage to deliver handsomely when the stake were high.
As far as a narrative, it’s actually a whole series of story arcs following Morpheus, the King of Dreams. He is one of seven siblings, known as “The Endless” Dream, Despair, Destiny, Destruction, Desire, Delirium, and Death. The stories follow Dream (and sometimes Death and Delirium) as they adventure through various worlds. The mortal world, the dream world, hell, heaven, faerie and the various homes of the endless. Like most of Gaiman’s work, it’s mythological in scope. The first arc starts with Dream having been kidnapped and needing to escape then recover his stolen regalia, crown, sceptre and jewel.
High Heat
This Spanish series follows a rather melodramatic end to its being. When clues to his brother’s murder lead Poncho to a fire brigade, he joins it to investigate further and finds romance, family and probably a serial killer.
Partner Track
This series is based on Helen Wan’s novel. Partner Track boasts about an ambitious woman, going about life when she is hit with an unexpected dilemma. Centres on Ingrid Yun (Arden Cho), an idealistic young lawyer who struggles with her moral compass and passions as she fights to climb the partner track at an elite New York City law firm.
