Chefs Genius Trick for Effortlessly

Ingredients:
Fresh eggs (quantity as required)
Water
Ice

To boil the eggs, begin by placing them in a single layer at the base of a pot. Pour in cold water until it rises at least one inch above the eggs. Increase the heat to high and allow the water to come to a vigorous boil. After reaching a boil, cover the pot and turn off the heat. Allow the eggs to remain in the hot water for 12 minutes if they are large; adjust the timing accordingly for smaller or larger eggs.

Cooling and Peeling:
Begin by preparing a bowl of ice water.
After the eggs have finished cooking, promptly place them into the ice water and allow them to cool for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Carefully tap each egg against a firm surface to break the shell. It is advisable to start peeling from the broader end, where an air pocket is typically found.
Finally, rinse the peeled eggs under cold water to eliminate any residual shell pieces or membrane.
